Chang Hua is hands down, the best restaurant in the town of Pulaski. Friendliest service by far. Best quality and quantity of unique dishes at the best price. I myself have been battling cancer and lost my ability to ingest food or liquids. And this entire time, I fought to get better with the goal in mind to eating at Chang Hua once again. And if I get my ability to eat back, my first... very first visit will be to this awesome place to order all I've missed out on these two years. You can never go wrong with this wonderful buisness and fantastic food they offer! less

Highly recommended! Excellent food and great price. I never thought to ask for delivery until today. Not many places deliver near Pulaski High school. I'm so grateful to know they do. They don't use Grub-hub or Uber eats. less

Delicious food, fast, hot, pleasant service. We dined in and will come again. We had hunan chicken, chicken and broccoli, and general tso's chicken. less
The lunch specials are a great deal. One lunch will easily last me two meals. I drive from Wytheville to Pulaski for Chang Hua and order ahead, and it's never more than a 30 minute wait at max. The honey chicken and egg foo yung are both delicious. My daughter tried the chicken and broccoli today, and it was wonderful. I also appreciated their commitment to customer safety during COVID. less
Chang Hua has beene our go to place for asian cuisine. It's always hot, tasty and the staff are great. I think they are only take out now though. less
I have lived in Pulaski nearly 20 years and have always loved this place (amazing dumplings, egg foo young, and chicken with broccoli). In this pandemic, they have earned even more of my support as the only local business that seems to be taking social distancing and mask wearing guidelines seriously. I also JUST discovered Singapore Chow Mei Fun which is the perfect spicy but not too sweet dish. My son and I are thrilled that Chang Hua will be our only takeout in Pulaski for the foreseeable future. less

We ordered to go but they made our order fresh. We shopped nearby while we waited for our order and the food was still nice and hot when we got home and started eating. The sesame chicken and garlic broccoli were both entree size and both came with a side of white rice . Everything was delicious and cooked well , we had no complaints and will visit again when we are in town. less
